Coaches/Managers/Volunteers

We pride ourselves on making sure to provide high quality coaching for all our players and in November 2020 and 2023 EFC supported 7 of our coaches to undertake the FFA C Licence course held in Cairns. Estates actively work to ensure coaches are provided with these opportunities to further develop their skills.

Whether it's a parent's first time taking on the coaching role of their child's Under 6 team, or an FFA accredited coach overseeing our Premier League teams; we ensure that our coaches have all the support, tools and resources to be successful.

Estates are committed to coach and player development, which is demonstrated by the development of our own whole of football plan, providing a comprehensive insight into how we play the game, how we will develop our coaches and advance our players along the way; whilst also developing good people.
