Our assessment criteria will include strong physical attributes, positive attitudes, and effective communication skills. We value teamwork, coachability, and a genuine love for the game. At EFCA, we're not just identifying talent; we're committed to nurturing and developing it. Our inclusive and supportive environment will foster growth for every player. Trials will be over a period of two days and players will be expected to attend both them.
HPP participants are expected to attend training twice a week. This dedicated schedule is designed to accelerate skill development, foster teamwork, and enhance overall performance.
We understand the importance of balance. If your child is involved in other academies, exceptions can be made, allowing for once-a-week training with Estates FC.
In line with our commitment to individualized player development, your child may be placed in age groups outside their eligibility. This strategic decision aims to provide optimal growth opportunities.
Our coaching staff is made up of experienced and dedicated professionals who are passionate about player development.
All our HPP teams will be delivered by FFA Accredited Coaches. Our Coaching team are licensed and qualified or working towards obtaining their FFA "C" License. This is to ensure the best learning environment and sessions are delivered to achieve our goals at EFCA.
HPP teams will have the opportunity to travel interstate to participate in a competitive competition or carnivals to provide the challenge for our players to test their skills and development. Our recent success include our U12/13 Girls bringing home the first spot at the Gold Coast Premier Invitational Carnival.
We are also actively looking at travelling overseas in the near future.
Our HPP program provides a perfect pathway to our Football Queensland Premier League (FQPL) teams in both Men's and Women's competition.
Our HPP players will train twice per week to provide the best opportunity to develop their skills.
Players will be able to maximise their development through our dedicated strength and conditioning program that will not only prevent injuries by working on movement skills but also help improve core strength to increase performance on the field.

Coaches within the discovery phase do not focus a lot on ‘coaching’, but instead emphasizes in organising fun football exercises. This allows players to discover their limitations through trial & error. Emphasis is also placed on natural development – learning football by playing football.
